When will my order arrive?

Domestic Orders

Our current estimated delivery time for orders in the United States is 10-15 business days after the date of shipment.

International Orders

Our current estimated delivery time for orders outside of the United States is 15-25 business days from the date of shipment.

 How do I track my order?

To track your order, please visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order details (order number and email). Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please note that our tracking software only works if plus shipping was purchased alongside your order. Otherwise, there will not be any up-to-date tracking information available.

Do you have a delivery guarantee?

Yes, we do. If your order does not arrive by the end of the estimated delivery time, we will reship your order. Then if for some reason the reshipment does not arrive, you will receive a full store-credit refund. We've got you covered!

Can I return/exchange my items?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day return guarantee, where you can return your order for a complete refund or exchange. Please note that refunds can only be granted once the item has been marked as received.

When will my order be shipped?

Order processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders. If you opted in for faster processing post-checkout, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

What Happens If My Order Arrived Damaged/ Defective?

 

If your item has arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@babyyful.com and provide us with photos. If approved, we will send a replacement, free of charge.
If there is an issue with the replacement, then we will issue you a full refund in store-credit.

Can you change my shipping address?

If your item has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@babyyful.com and we can make the change for you. 

If your item has already been shipped, unfortunately we are not able to make any changes to your shipping address.
